Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your email address, birth details, assessment responses, palm image, generated reports, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Palm images are stored in private storage and are not exposed through a public URL.
How we use information
We use this information to provide your results, analyse visible palm features as one symbolic input to your report, maintain your account, process payments through Stripe, improve the experience, and keep the service secure. The palm image may be sent to OpenAI when generating a paid report. We do not collect personal information for the purpose of selling it.
Retention and security
We use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and retain data only for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, meet legal obligations, maintain security, or resolve disputes.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements.
